The REDARC Voltage Sensor is a voltage-sensitive relay module that monitors the 12V supply in a negative-earth automotive system. It is ideal for use as a low-voltage disconnect for loads, such as car fridges, and offers the additional application of a low-voltage alarm trigger or controller. It is a cost-effective solution for 12V systems and suits both mobile and stationary installations. The VS12 features a programmable microprocessor that can be set by the user to switch at the required voltage, current, frequency, or count.
REDARC Linear Voltage Reducers operate like a standard changeover relay. When the voltage rises above the set point, the 10A internal relay is energised and when the voltage falls below the set point the internal relay is de-energised.
