Make sure that the vehicle is stationary, the engine is switched off and cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminal from the main battery.\u003cbr\u003e2. Remove the 2xM6 bolts that secure the washer bottle to the inner guard. Place the tray in position against the guard, with the washer bottle remaining in the same place. Note: If this cradle is going to be fitted to TB42S Carburettor Patrol the pre cleaner will need to be moved.\u003cbr\u003e3. Replace the M6 bolts that were removed, bolting the arms of the tray and the washer bottle to the inner guard.\u003cbr\u003e4. Use 2 x M6 Countersunk bolts tighten into the base of the tray into the guard. Use existing taped holes.\u003cbr\u003e5. The remaining countersunk hole in the base of the tray, needs the guard drilled with a 6mm hole.\u003cbr\u003e6. Fit M6 countersunk bolt through the hole with body Washer and nut on the underside of the guard.\u003cbr\u003e7. Fit the battery and J bolts to the tray, then fit the special top mount. Use the existing bolt on the top guard on the vehicle to secure the special top mount. Tighten the wing nuts on the J bolts.\u003cbr\u003e8. Reconnect the negative battery terminal to the main starter battery or install the desired Dual Battery System.
